I believe that photography has the power to truly capture the beauty and raw emotions of your wedding day.
The Orangery is a grand conservatory which dates to 1874, with its own reception area and bar its ideal for ceremonies or wedding breakfasts. Among the many venues I have had the privilege to photograph this beautiful The Orangery wedding at De Vere Tortworth Court. This wedding venue in Cotswolds stands out as one of the most stunning locations for a wedding. From a practical perspective, you have everything you need in one impressive, light and airy space.
From photographer’s perspective the orangery at De Vere Tortworth Court is an absolute showstopper for me. The natural light, the beautiful shape, and the amazing design—just perfect!
One of the best things about having The Orangery wedding is the lots of natural light that fills the space. The big windows, often with plants around them, make the place feel bright and open, which is perfect for taking beautiful wedding photos. The soft light that comes in all day long makes wedding photos look romantic and dreamy, making every moment look naturally beautiful.
The Orangery wedding venue – De Vere Tortworth offers the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor beauty, making it as fantastic choice where to celebrate your wedding. With The Orangery which is large and open space with large windows and beautiful garden backdrop, you can enjoy the feeling of being outside while staying comfortably indoors. The bright, airy space creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for you and your guests. Plus, the natural light and elegant surroundings make it easy to create stunning wedding photos in any season.
Wedding preparations were relaxed and stress free. The bride got ready at her hotel room surrounded by closest friend and family members. The groom got ready at the same place, but different room surrounded by groomsmen and best man. The bride looked stunning in a long off-the-shoulder A-line satin gown, while the groom wore a camel-coloured suit to match her style. The couple had their first look during the wedding ceremony. These moments are simply unforgettable.
The perfect order of the day at a wedding is the schedule of events that take place throughout the day.
The ceremony took place in the gorgeous Orangery filled with lots of natural light. The vows were exchanged in front of all the guests who were seated on the limewash wooden Chiavari chairs. A very talented wedding guitarist played beautiful music making the background even more special. Lush floral arrangements with greenery and elegant white hydrangeas created a stunning backdrop for the ceremony.
The bride and groom and their wedding guests enjoyed their drinks and canapes inside the De Vere Tortworth Court Hotel while a live music played in the background by talented your wedding guitarist.
It was simple to capture newlywed portraits at the magnificent De Vere Hotel Court. The beautiful gardens and surroundings provided a stunning backdrop for the couple’s portraits.
The stunning orangery created the perfect setting for a beautiful wedding breakfast, followed by speeches and inspiring toasts.
After cutting the cake, the bride and groom had their first dance. Everyone enjoyed a fun celebration with live music as the wedding breakfast came to an end. The guests loved the dance floor and had a great time.
I am delighted to share a collection beautiful moments captured from Alex & Max’s special day at the De Vere Tortworth Court wedding in Gloucestershire.
